Таким образом DOLZ может предложить своим клиентам продукцию, качество которой постоянно тестируется на протяжении всего производственного процесса. Точность изготовления, рабочий ресурс, уровни шума и возможность протечек – все это проверяется в соответствии с самыми высокими стандартами.

DOLZ также гарантирует качество своей продукции посредством высоких стандартов всех своих рабочих процессов.

DOLZ был сертифицирован независимой компанией SGS на соответствие ISO 9001 и получил награду за высокое качество продукции от FORD MOTOR COMPANY.

DOLZ Аргентина так же был сертифицирован на соответствие ISO 9001 V2008 & ISO TS.
DOLZ Китай сертифицирован ISO/TS 16949 с 2012 года.

Our Management System covers the design and manufacture of water pumps and its commercialization with other components for the automotive sector, and is based on the PREVENTION of defects and problems, rather than detection.

Continuous improvement integrates the following cycle, in order to “do the things right at first time”:

Planning > Execution > Evaluation > Standardization

The continuous improvement must be integrated in each job, within all the functions of the Company, from the person responsible for collecting the client’s requirements, to the person in charge of sending the products.
